Made-to-order pieces usually take approximately 6–8 weeks to create. Bespoke pieces usually take 8 weeks or longer, depending on the complexity of the design, gemstone sourcing, enamel work, and craftsmanship involved. Timelines will be confirmed with you during the order or design process.

Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit, provided the piece is unworn, undamaged, and in resaleable condition with original package.

Made-to-order, bespoke, personalized, and custom pieces are created especially for you and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.

If your piece arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance. Repairs for damage caused by wear or accident may be chargeable.

NEKOKO primarily works with solid 18K gold, but selected designs may be created in other precious metals depending on the piece and the client’s request.

Some designs may be available in 9K gold, 14K gold, or platinum. Availability will depend on the structure, setting, gemstones, and craftsmanship required. Please contact us with your request, and we will let you know what is possible.
